This is the Four Seasons Hotel's award winning restaurant and should be included in your budget because of its mild and elegant settings and incredible food.

They have a wonderful glass-enclosed courtyard and also outdoor seating for when the weather permits (usually only during the summer).

The menu is ever-changing depending on which famous chef is in the kitchen, but includes a variety of International dishes (think Pan-Asian noodles or the like) as well as some integral local dishes.

You must not miss the Sunday brunch, which features a buffet that is out of this world.

The Four Seasons has been consistantly rated the number one hotel in Istanbul, and its restaurant is certainly up to par with its rooms and staff.

The prices aren't too extravegant, maybe $20-30US pp., the brunch is well worth the $30.
