Hotels in Tel Aviv, Israel

Tel Aviv is an interesting city of contrasts, you have the old cosmopolitan guard who maintain their wealthy ways, and you have the vibrant youth culture who are making strides in the country's progressive movement.

The city has a wide variety of hotels and places to stay. We like to pick just a few at go mideast, the ones that really stick out in their class. Prices we list are in $US. Links are to our articles giving info on the different hotels.

Often times you find a Web site trying to pick a hotel and just wind up lost in some trap of deals, spyware, and whatnot.

We have no alterior motives for picking the hotels, no money from them, they are simply the best of the city. As such you should book early, and soon, you don't want to wind up just anywhere now do you?

Mid-Range Tel Aviv Hotel (about $50 a night):

The Kikar Dizengoff hotel/apartments

- not really a hotel yet not quite apartments these flats are a great deal and are very clean and well kept. Near the center of Tel Aviv.

Low-End (backpacker/hostel type about $10-45 a night)

Old Jaffa Hostel

-this great old style hostel is a quiet and clean respite from most hostels. Located 5 mins. from downtown Tel Aviv, Jaffa avoids the congestion yet is close enough to go when you want to.

High-End ($200+ night)

Inter-Continental Hotels David Tel Aviv

When your hotel is surrounded by armed security personnel, you know it's a high end joint. This hotel is the best of the high end in Tel Aviv, however, it manages to maintain a level of sophistication that other expensive hotels seem to miss completely.
