Damascus Hostel, Syria

mosque

One of the best things about traveling is meeting other, different people in intimate settings and sharing stories, time, trips and meals with them.  If you’re staying at a fancy hotel and just go on package tours you’re likely to miss this experience.

If you stay at a place like Damascus Hostel, you’ll have plenty of opportunities.

UPDATE: They are closed doing rennovations until March 2010, check their website for their grand reopening and for other help from them.

I’m making several pages for the review of Damascus Hostel as I’ve got lots of pictures and don’t want to make one extra long web page with tons of pictures.

Visit their website as well to make reservations and for more info and pictures: http://www.damascushostel.com/
